The breakfast was fantastic with really kind staff in a lovely dining area. I received a voucher for a complimentary drink of my choice. It was a lovely touch.
The car park entrance is a little tight.

i had a ground floor room, super handy with my luggage. breakfast had lots of choices and everything tasted fresh. the staff were really friendly and posted my sunglasses back when i left them behind! the bar area was nice, especially the outdoor part.
the room overlooked the driveway. it was a little noisy in the mornings.

I found the staff quite friendly . the location is a short walk to several main attractions. It helped a lot! breakfast was also delicious and plentiful.
my room faced the street and the window only opened a small amount. this made the room a bit stuffy at times.

The staff was very cute and helpful. i also found the location very convenient near the pedestrian bridge. the complimentary drink at the bar was a bonus. The bar felt very cozy!
the hotel lacked air conditioning, difficult to sleep. a fan was available, but it did not provide sufficient cooling. i think that they should invest in air conditioning because summers are getting hotter, even in the uk!
